What
Is pH?
pH is a measure of acidity and alkalinity. The pH
scale goes from 0 to 14. At pH 7, the halfway point,
there is a balance between acidity and alkalinity.
Such a solution is neutral.
The
Importance Of An Alkaline pH
Every cancer researcher knows that cancer cannot survive
in an alkaline environment. If a cancer tumor is put
in a beaker with an alkaline media, the cancer will
die in 3 hours. In the alkali, there is oxygen.
Small
increases of 1/10 to 2/10 in pH can mean an amazing
10 to 20 times more tissue oxygen availability. On
the other hand, if the pH of the urine drops from
an ideal pH (6.4 to 7.0) into a more acidic pH (below
6.4), then less and less oxygen is available to the
body's tissues.
The
human body's pH is designed to be alkaline, but even
running near an ideal pH, the body's constant waste
products create a slightly acid state. Ionized calcium
is the key mineral to keep the body's pH closer to
an ideal, alkaline pH.
How
To Maintain An Alkaline pH
The
best way to maintain an alkaline pH is to take Coral
Calcium on a regular basis. For the best results,
take the Coral Calcium with Organic Aloe Vera Juice
and Cod Liver Oil as a part of your daily regimen.
In
order to determine whether or not you have an alkaline
pH, you must monitor your urine pH, as this gives
you a good idea of your whole body pH.
How
To Monitor Your pH
Collect
a small sample of your first morning urine (your
first urination after 5 AM) in a clean cup (or simply
urinate on a small strip of pH paper).
Immediately
compare the color of the pH paper to the color chart
on the roll.
The
corresponding color and number tells you your pH.
Once
you have maintained an alkaline morning pH for at
least two weeks, monitor your evening urine pH (just
before dinner...around 5 or 6 PM) in the same way.
What
The Numbers Mean
The
Ideal Urine pH is between 6.4 and 7.0 (a green color
on the tape).
An
Acidic Urine pH is below 6.0 (a white or yellow color
on the tape). This means your body is lacking enough
minerals to carry on thousands of basic cellular functions.
It is either on its way to having serious health problems
or reinforcing current ones. |
